When traveling down Route 24 in Harford County, if you turn onto Singer road you will find a community called Monmouth Meadows. This comunity boasts a vast array of different housing types. There is everything from condos currently listed in the mid to upper $100's to single family homes currently listed in the $400's. Right now there are 36 homes listed for sale in this development. This does not include the new homes that are currently being built. Ryan Homes is building in the community at a rapid pace. They are currently offering the Wexford as well as Waldorf models. I also heard this week that they are going to build some condos as well in the same area.

The nieghborhood has quite a few interesting amenities that are available. They have a community pool that is open in the summer months. There is a gym as well as a club house located right next to the pool. Part of the community backs to the Atkisson Reservoir which supports a number of walking trails. You can stroll along the trails or use them for a leisurely walk to the Harford County Library.

On any given day you will find an array of people walking their dogs or just simply getting some excersise. As far as school districts, the little ones will go to Emmorton Elementary while the older ones would be assigned to Bel Air Middle as well as Bel Air High. This community is litterally minutes from a plethera of shopping and restaurants.
